Can I change or cancel my order?
If you want to make changes or otherwise cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible at support@aaasports.shop and we will let you know if it’s possible (including any impact on price, timing, or anything else necessary due to the change).
Can I return the products and receive a refund if I changed my mind after placing the order?
If you wish to return products to us, please let us know promptly by writing to us at support@aaasports.shop.
For most products available on our website, if you are a consumer, you have the right to change your mind within 14 days from receiving the products, and to receive a refund (subject to applicable deductions, including delivery costs for return). If you decide to return the products after we have already dispatched or delivered them to you, you must return them to us within 14 days from the date in which you inform us of your change of mind.
Please note that the following types of products cannot be returned if you change your mind: (a) products sealed for health protection or hygiene purposes, once these have been unsealed after you receive them (for example if you unpackage swimwear we have supplied); (b) products which are made to your specifications or clearly personalised; (c) sealed audio or sealed video recordings or sealed computer software, once these products are unsealed after you receive them; and, (d) any products which become mixed inseparably with other items after their delivery.
Refunds
We will pay any refunds due to you as soon as possible, typically using the method you used for payment of the relevant order.
Refunds might be subject to deductions, and other conditions. For more information on applicable deductions and conditions please refer to our Terms and Conditions.
What can I do if I have a problem with the products I ordered?
If you have any questions or complaints about the product, please contact us. You can write to us at support@aaasports.shop.
Please note that we have a right to make slight changes to our products, including minor technical adjustments and improvements (for example to address manufacturing or usability problems), provided that such changes will not negatively affect your use of the products.
How long will it take to get my package?
Orders placed by 13:00 will be processed on the same day. UK Transit time 1-2 working days. International depends on the carrier and destination – if needed we can provide the list.
Is there a tracking system ? How does it work
You will receive an automatic email with shipping confirmation and your tracking number, so you can check where your parcel is.

Delivery Costs & Timing?
The cost of delivery will be displayed to you on our website during the order process, together with the expected delivery date. If tracking is available for your order, we (or the relevant delivery services provider) will provide you with the relevant tracking details, using the contact details you have made available to us during the order process.
Please note that delays might occur for reasons beyond our control. If our supply of the products is delayed by an event outside our control, we will contact you to let you know, and do our best to minimise the delay.
